The Staff were 5 stars amazing!!! so helpful and so friendly!!! Keep up the good work!!! The rooms were comfortable, aircon was a welcome relief at the end of each hot day!

The parking area. Need improvement. And the room service ( food) needs improvement too. Took an hour and a half to get in my room and it’s already cold. Very disappointing!!

I have booked this property multiple times now. In fact whenever I need a hotel in Gensan I always stay here. The facilities are simple but functional. The rooms are big and clean and comfortable. The staff are always polite and in general great service from the staff. The location is also excellent with a lot of restaurants just outside the hotel and walking distance from SM gensan.

My father loved the accessibility of the hotel's location. Also the upper dining area/hall was large and very convinient. My father stayed twice last month and he was happy
